What is reflexology?


Research done of ancient texts have provided information.  Through them it has been found that found that Egyptians, Chinese, Japanese, Indians, and Russians worked on the feet to promote good health.

Healing Techniques of ancient times have been scientisically studies and developed into the healing art that is known today as reflexology.

It has been noted from ancient times up to the present, that there are energy zones which run through the body and that there are reflex areas in the feet that correspond to all major organs, glands and parts in the body.
